- Minimum of 2 years IT support experience with technologies such as Microsoft System Center (Operations Manager 2012 R2 and later versions, Configuration Manager 2012 R2 and later versions, and Orchestrator)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Industry based certifications
- Passion for customer service
- Desirable
- The following Competencies and Experience would be an advantage in this role;
- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment
- Working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts
